Sales conditions

• Min. purchase is 30 pairs, 6 pairs per size.
• All first orders require payment in advance. Thereafter, net 30 terms are available on approved credit
• The prices are valid until further notice; reservations are made for price increases beyond our control.
• The prices apply to one pair, unless otherwise agreed.
• The price applies to the quality and packing specified.
• All prices are exclusive of VAT.
• Reservations are made for misprints and sold-out goods.

For orders below 1000 USD / 1400 AUD (excl. VAT) following term apply:

Shipping conditions

Freight and handling fee for all orders is 154 USD / 200 AUD. 
For return parcels the customer pays the freight both ways in addition to a handling fee of 6 USD / 8 AUD. Special conditions apply to orders for customers outside the US and Australia.

Claims

• Must be made within 8 days.
• Must include a copy of the invoice, or the invoice number.
• Returns must be shipped in the original packaging and marked ”Defect”.
• Returns must be shipped in the least expensive way, which is by parcel post.
• Feel free to call before returning the goods as perhaps the problem can be solved over the phone.

Lead times

Delivery will be made as soon as possible, and the goods are sent directly from our stock on the date agreed on, at the latest. However, we are not able to make any guarantees as to the actual day you will receive the delivery as the routines of the postal services may affect the delivery date. Therefore, to be on the safe side we recommend that you order your goods well in advance and allow for one extra day for your goods to reach their destination.
